Beers produced by Palabrauhaus (PBH) brewery at Palazzolo sull'Oglio (BS) Italy represent the company's passion, feelings and culture. Each beer has a special dedication, a specific characteristic that is tied to a special person within the company and therefore deserves particular attention during the bottling process.

There are so many tales that can be told over a beer. The history of Palabrauhaus brewery is a story of surprises, challenges, twists and turns and great successes, recognized even abroad thanks to the participation in prestigious international contests.  One of the most recent tales involved the partnership with ENOBERG for the installation of the ELC 5-5-1 microblock for rinsing, filling and capping 500 ml glass bottles from the PBH brand.

Advantages of ENOBERG solution

For bottling beer in 500 ml glass containers with a production capacity of up to 850 bottles/hour, PBH has been using an ENOBERG monoblock from the ELC series since 2014. Since this first model more than 40 machines from the ELC series have been installed that stand out for several advantages:
 

• compact solution: multi-functional structure that allows the monoblock to fit into very small spaces;
• the integration of the rinsing, filling and capping functions into a single structure offers considerable advantages in economic terms;
• valve equipped with elevated regulation flexibility for the filling cycle;
• precise timings of vacuum and filling thanks to the PLC machine control;
• flexible solution: motorized rinsing system with length regulated by the nozzle, allowing a quick changeover from one size to another;
• dual pre-evacuation system with liquid ring vacuum pump, for low oxygen “pick-up” making the beer last longer while maintaining the taste;
• solid and durable construction;
• electro-pneumatic filling technology with high flexibility, to fill all kinds of beer and cider;
• single-head capping system, that works in a continual cycle capping the bottles when they are under the turret.
