• Cleaning and lubrication
• Machine handling, interface menu
• Format changeover.

Fillers - COURSE FOR MAINTENANCE TECHNICIANS

This course is specific for mechanical maintenance technicians handling the filling machine of the HYPERCLEAN series. The trainees will also learn the procedures to follow for modifying the main machine parameters and for replacing electric and electronic devices.

• Description and position of machine controls
• Cleaning and lubrication
• Machine handling, interface menu
• Description of the filling process
• Format changeover
• Parametrization
• Backup and parameters recovery
• Search for breakdowns and subsequent replacements

Blowers & fillers - COURSE FOR ECOBLOC® ERGON MAINTENANCE

This course is specific for mechanical maintenance technicians handling integrated systems of blowmoulding, filling and capping of the ECOBLOC® ERGON series. The trainees will also learn the procedures to follow for modifying the main machine parameters and for replacing electric and electronic devices.
